Al Ferdous 1, 2, 3, 4

With a built-up area of around 120,000 m2 and total value of around AED400M, the project consists of four B+G+1 mixed-use buildings with retail and F&B spaces on the ground floor. Three buildings house residential blocks on the first floor and the fourth is an offices building. The development is situated on the prominent Al Wasl Road in Dubai. GRFN provided the complete MEPF design as well as construction supervision and commissioning management.
