Al Sahel Contracting Sustainability Policies

GRFN developed a comprehensive Sustainability Policy for Al Sahel Contracting Company (ASCC). The guidelines and pillars for sustainable performance were defined as: Economic, Social and Environmental. The three pillars for sustainable performance are within the framework of “Risk and Opportunity” Five sustainability priorities were identified and adopted: Energy and Water Management Waste Management Sustainable Procurement and Construction Health and Well-Being Awareness and Capacity Building A series of achievable and measurable sustainability targets building on the above were detailed in the procedures and implementation plans along with a responsibility matrix for achieving the targets. Advice and trainings on the implementation and target monitoring were provided.
