Energy Audit for Raha Building

A residential building located in Al Raha beach at Masdar city, comprising of 6 stories of lofts and a communal recreational area with a swimming pool, gymnasium, children's playground and outdoor barbecue areas.

grfn team have been involved in conducting an ASHRAE Level II Energy Audit, including data collection to get fully acquainted with the facility, required site surveys for additional measurements (if required), establishing the load profile with an energy end-use breakdown of major consuming equipment, focusing on the space cooling system (chillers, pumps, air handling units, etc.). In addition, grfn team have estimated the costs and savings for proposed measures through an economic and concept engineering analysis and developed of the specifications for the selected measures.
