Energy Retrofit Dispute - Technical Litigation

The client went into dispute with the ESCO company due to under achieving savings and the delay in completion of tasks. The overall project included over 350 buildings which were divided into 8 phases of implementation. GRFN were appointed as the Technical Advisors to the Client to assess the methodology of the project from the cradle to now and prepare a non-biased report assessing the functioning of the ESCO company and the lags in the project scheme.​ GRFN assessed the performance of the ESCO, calculated the achieved savings, evaluated against claimed, evaluated ESCO’s compliance to international protocols, and appraised the ECMs installed.
