Energy Retrofit Management for Dutco Group

A diverse, multi-faceted organization with operations in various fields, such as large-scale civil engineering works, information technology and telecommunications, shipping and freight services, trading and luxury hotel operations, and others. Dutco Group was seeking consultancy services for assessment of bids for energy retrofit projects for 2 selected labor camps in Jebel Ali, in order to achieve significant reduction in the current electricity and water consumption in the camps by means of best of available energy efficiency technologies.

grfn team have conducted the review & evaluation of 4 nos. technical & commercial proposals submitted by ESCOs for the camps energy retrofit projects, including review of the ESCOs’ WTA and IGA outcome reports (ASHRAE Level I to III energy audits), review of final selection of energy measures, and Energy Performance Contract (EPC) development and execution.
