The plan includes smart solutions and renewables in addition to energy retrofits to not only reduce energy, but to also improve indoor conditions. grfn’s scope is to conduct a comprehensive Portfolio Assessment to devise a 3-5 year plan for implementation. The scope also includes walkthrough audit, tendering management, IGA & retrofit supervision, and Measurement & Verification.
