Green Community 1&2

Green Community Motor City is a master residential project that features lake view apartments and houses. The project was launched in 2005 and was completed in 2010 with 127 villas and 159 townhouses.

grfn was appointed to conduct due diligence investigation and site inspection to identify and counter the Low Delta T and thermal comfort issues, along with performing hydraulic modelling for the buildings.
