Low Delta T Consultancy – DAMAC by Paramount

DAMAC has appointed grfn to perform a technical study on the Paramount hotel to address the reasons behind the low delta T syndrome happening at the tower and provide the necessary recommendations to fix it. grfn has reviewed the DC bills and did many site surveys to check the sequence of operation for all equipment (AHUs. FAHUs, HEXs, FCUs, Pumps...etc.) and investigate overall network performance physically and by monitoring the BMS. Measurements were also done on-site to give more insights into the installed assets' performance to mitigate the cost penalty by EMPOWER for the lower delta T. grfn has proposed optimal/inexpensive technical solutions with simple payback less than half a year.
