Low Delta T Consultancy - Executive Towers in Business Bay

The Executive Towers in Business Bay includes one commercial and 11 residential towers. grfn’s scope is to carry a low Delta-T study to develop a scope of work for rectification, which will provide for the remediation of the existing building chilled water system operation. By enabling the chilled water system to perform better, it is expected that the facility will reduce both pumping energy within the building itself and overcome/avoid Low Delta T penalties.
