Low Delta T Consultancy - Fairmont the Palm

The hotel, supplied by district cooling, has been experiencing low delta T symptoms on its main supply/return lines which triggered the study and remediation exercise. ​
grfn’s scope involved engineering analysis, remedies proposition, and application to solve. The works involved inspecting the complete HVAC systems as well as the Building Management System of the 5-stars hotel to stand on the cause(s) of the problem. Hands-on remediation measures was undertaken to raise the delta T up to an accepted and efficient level. ​
