Consultancy supervision of site rectification works on the existing air-conditioning system within Phase 3 of the Project (Arabella 1) to enhance the level of comfortability within the existing 685 villas and ensure all recorded complains raised by the villa’s Owners have been taken into consideration and fulfilled without repetition in the future.
grfn is primarily responsible for ensuring that the rectification works in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and as per approved issue of construction documents including equipment submissions and approvals and the general quality of finished workmanship, testing and commissioning. The general intent of the construction supervision services is to verify the Contractor’s compliance with the Contract Documents.
