Nakheel Malls Energy Retrofit Management

Nakheel intend to strategically reduce their buildings' carbon footprint inline with the Dubai Integrated Energy Strategy 2030 (DIES2030) and, hence, appointed grfn to manage the energy retrofit of eight of their malls and one 5*star hotel to reduce energy consumption by performing the required site analyses, advising on the practical conservation measures, analyzing bids and selecting the ESCO(s), and ensure quality implementation compliance. The project's scope include the following: pre-tendering stage (energy audits and RFP development), tendering stage where bids are analyzed and Head of Terms for EPC are drafted as well as awarding and signing the IGA contract, Execution and implementation, and finally Measurement and Verification.
