A comprehensive scope aimed at optimization and improvement of the overall existing and future District Cooing Scheme. Tasks included:

Performing a detailed technical, commercial and operational review of the existing District Cooling Plant of capacity 15,000TR serving the mixed used development in Cairo Festival City, that includes multiple residential, commercial and hospitality buildings.
- Peer review of the planned district cooling expansion to serve future buildings within the development
- Detailed review of the existing conditions and future design of the ETS network across the development
Identify potential for improvements and optimization in the scheme as a whole
- Overall optimization and identification of energy conservation measures
Financial and legal technical advise over tariffs, business model, etc
