Technical Consultancy for the Dubai Demand Side Management Strategy

Taqati, as the entity assigned to monitor, support, improve, and report on progress related to the Dubai Demand Side Strategy, required consultancy services to improve the accuracy of savings reported from each of the program’s pillars, improve the data collection process from the different stakeholders by simplifying it and increasing the speed, enhancing the functionalities of the model, and improving the automation and interface of the model.
