About the Role

As an admin/HR assistant you will are expected to be energetic, organized and attentive to detail. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to general office clerical tasks, organizing records and timesheets, preparing payroll data, participate in recruitment activities and set up meetings, interviews and appointments as needed. You will also be expected to handle the office’s frequent expenditures, working in alignment with the local and global management teams, and you will report to the Corporate HR Manager.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field, with Administrative experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
