About the Role
As a Proposals Manager, you will be responsible for managing the proposal process to ensure the company's proposals are fully executed from start to finish. This entails taking a lead role in the development of persuasive proposals and presentations for potential clients to nurture business opportunities and partnerships. Tasks include, compiling, editing and proofreading all proposals to ensure that technical content, services and designs are presented clearly, professionally and in a concise manner, playing a key role in scheduling and delivering bid team meetings (kick off, storyboarding sessions and key reviews), pitching and presenting business proposals to clients, ensuring timescales are achieved at each step of the process and taking the initiative to set realistic deadlines and managing clients’ communications through following up and negotiating deal structures and pricing.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
Experience in a construction company is a must
Master’s Degree in Management is preferred
PMP/APMP certification strongly preferred
